- College and Career Readiness Initiative: English/Language Arts Faculty Collaborative: This P–16 initiative engages faculty members from Texas universities that offer teacher-education programs and strengthens the college and work force readiness of Texas students through the improved preparation of teacher candidates.
- External Evaluation of the Research-Validated Approach to Instruction for Secondary Excellence in Texas (RAISEup Texas) Project: MCPER evaluates the implementation of Strategic Instruction Model/Content Literacy Continuum, a schoolwide model of instruction to meet the needs of all students, especially those with highest need and at greatest academic risk, in a regional collaborative of eight Central Texas schools and other education-focused organizations.
